The Four Emperors (OP09) set commemorates the second anniversary of the One Piece Card Game and showcases the new lineup of the Four Emperors: Luffy, Shanks, Buggy, and Teach. There are brand new cards inspired by the One Piece Odyssey game. The set also features five new manga cards based on the Four Emperors. Among these is a special addition: the brand-new golden manga card of the King of the Pirates, Gol D. Roger.
